Summer Rentals

Three lake front cottages are available from Memorial Day to Columbus Day: Four Seasons Chalet, Big Pine and The Nest located on Blue Mountain Lake, NY.

The cottages have WIFI, cable TV, air conditioning, electric heat, a fireplace, new appliances, firm mattresses, and new outdoor Adirondack furniture with aluminum picnic tables. Each cottage has a private dock, beach with firepit, charcoal BBQ grill, and two kayaks with life vests. Four Seasons Chalet has a gas fireplace, and a generator.

We supply pillows in a zippered cover, mattress pads, bedspreads, two blankets per bed, bath and kitchen soap, toilet paper, paper towels, firewood, garbage/recyclable bags, and daily garbage/recyclable pick-up. Guests bring kitchen, bath and bed linens.

$2065.00 per week for 4 persons ($295.00 day)

$20.00 per night for each additional person over age 10		 Big Pine & The Nest:
$2940 week ($420.00 day) for 4 persons
Four Seasons Chalet:
$3115 week ($445.00 day) for 4 persons

$20.00 per night for each additional person over age 10. (A family of 4 persons should not be paying the same as a family of 5-8 persons.)		 $2065.00 per week for 4 persons ($295.00 day)

Daily Rates: 3-night minimum @ $450/day + 8% tax

  • 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin in each room

The Nest
